Maybe you're training for a 5km run, perhaps you've set your sights on tackling a Tough Mudder or you're coming back to exercise after a break - personal training sessions are designed around you and your own level of fitness and goals.
Before embarking on PT sessions, we will chat about what you would like to achieve, any particular goals that you have in mind and any injuries or health concerns that may affect your ability to exercise. And if you love boxing but hate running, for example, let me know so that we can include lots of the things that you enjoy doing.
The sessions can include weights, kettle bells, boxing, battle ropes, skipping ropes, medicine balls or we can just get a fantastic workout using your own body weight and an exercise mat.
Personal training sessions can be 1:1 or you can share with a friend if you prefer to have some company. The sessions can take place outdoors in a park or at your home.
