The group sessions cater for all levels of fitness, from complete beginners to the ultra-fit. I will always give high and low-impact alternatives so that you can work out at your own level.
I am there to support and encourage you to work hard but not to bully you into doing something that you don't feel comfortable with...It might be called boot camp but it's not a scary environment!
Every session starts with a comprehensive warm up to get the body ready to work out. The cardio element consists mainly of HIIT (high intensity interval training) incorporating some work with small hand weights. The sessions usually finish with some abs/glutes toning exercises and, finally, a good all-over body stretch.
You will need a set of small hand weights (2kg or 3kg) and a cheap yoga mat that you don't mind getting muddy. Don't forget to bring a drink too.
The sessions run on Tuesdays and Fridays from 6am for 45 mins.
The TW early morning sessions run on a 5 week cycle. The cost is £70 for 10 sessions over the 5 weeks (Tuesdays and Fridays).
The policy is a 'use it or lose it' one for these early morning sessions, so there is no carry over of sessions to the next block or make up sessions. Otherwise there is a danger that I might be left standing there by myself on a dark rainy morning if everyone decides to stay in bed!
The sessions run on Mondays and Fridays from 8.45am for 1 hour.
The Benenden sessions run during school term time (usually 10 or 11 week terms). The cost is £7 or £8 depending on what booking option you choose.
